About Us:
Well Life Clinic is a leading private GP clinic dedicated to providing high-quality healthcare services. We are committed to patient-centered care and seek an experienced Clinic Manager in our St Albans branch to help us enhance our operational efficiency and maintain our clinics’ success.

Job Overview:
The Clinic Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the St Albans clinic while ensuring smooth administrative and business processes. The ideal candidate will have previous practice management experience, excellent leadership skills, and a strong understanding of healthcare business dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Management:
- Oversee daily clinic operations ensuring high standards of service delivery.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
- Monitor and evaluate clinic performance and patient satisfaction metrics.

- Financial Management:
- Prepare, manage, and analyse financial budgets and forecasts.
- Oversee billing, payroll, and accounts payable/receivable processes.
- Implement cost-control measures and identify opportunities for revenue enhancement.

- Human Resources Management:
- Oversee recruitment, training, and performance management of clinic staff.
- Foster a positive work environment and promote staff development and engagement.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and relevant labor laws.

- Strategic Development:
- Collaborate with the clinic management team to develop strategic plans for growth.
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, services, and partnerships.
- Support marketing initiatives to promote clinic services and enhance brand visibility.

- Compliance & Quality Assurance:
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and policies governing practice operations.
- Monitor adherence to safety and quality standards, conducting regular audits as necessary.
- Address any patient concerns and complaints in a professional and timely manner.

Qualifications:
- Education & Experience:
- Proven experience in practice management within a healthcare setting, preferably in a private clinic.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Health Management, or a related field;
- Previous experience in financial management and human resources.

- Skills:
- Strong leadership and organizational skills with a focus on operational excellence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with patients and staff.
- Proficient in practice management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.

- Experience using clinical system Semble is desirable
