What’s the Role?

We are seeking a customer service focused Parts Driver to join Waylands. Working out of our Oxford Volvo dealership, you will be delivering parts to our customers on a daily basis.

Duties Will Include:

Organising deliveries in a prompt and efficient manner and maintaining records as required.
Representing Waylands positively by maintaining good customer relations
Reporting any problems that may arise from goods or services supplied by the Company to the department manager.
Generating additional sales where possible.
Providing potential business opportunities to the management team.
Driving the branch delivery vehicle in a careful and courteous manner with due regard to the Road Traffic Act and Company Procedures.

Required Skills and Experience:

You will have a full UK driving licence, ideally with previous experience as a driver. You will be able to demonstrate the following skills:

A customer service focus with the ability to be the face of our business
Strong organisation and time management skills to plan tasks and routes
Excellent paperwork and IT skills

Great communication skills – demonstrate the ability to develop customer relationships and drive customer connectivity
High levels of focus, energy and drive

What Do You Get In Return?

Monday to Friday (40 hours per week)
Basic of £26,436.80 with a bonus of up to £3k.
31 days holiday per year (including Bank Holidays)
