Overview

Join our dedicated healthcare team as a Night Nurse, where your compassionate care and clinical expertise will make a meaningful difference in patients' lives during overnight hours. In this vital role, you will provide high-quality patient care, monitor health conditions, and ensure safety and comfort throughout the night shift. Responsibilities

Deliver comprehensive patient care during overnight hours, including monitoring vital signs and responding promptly to patient needs
Administer medications accurately and safely according to prescribed treatments and protocols
Maintain detailed and accurate patient records, documenting observations, interventions, and responses
Observe patients closely for any changes in condition, alerting medical teams as necessary
Support patients with personal care activities such as mobility, hygiene, and comfort measures
Ensure the safety of patients by adhering to infection control procedures and safety standards
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care plans and address individual patient requirements

Experience

Proven experience as a Night Nurse or in a similar healthcare role providing patient care during night shifts
Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology to assess and respond to patient needs effectively
Skilled in medication administration with a clear understanding of safety protocols and legal requirements
Excellent observational skills with the ability to detect subtle changes in patient conditions
Compassionate communication skills to reassure patients and collaborate with healthcare teams effectively
Ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of care in a fast-paced environment
