Location: Office-based (5 days per week)
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
Levels considered: Junior to Senior

DDS Contracting, part of the wider DDS Group, is seeking an Estimator to join our growing team. We are a steadily expanding Groundworks and RC Frame contractor, supported by over 40 years of group expertise across construction, demolition, civil engineering, enabling works, reclamation, and building material supply.

As a division of the DDS Group, DD Contracting benefits from the Group’s long-standing reputation for quality, safety, integrity, and transparency. Our supportive, open‑book approach to project delivery has become a defining feature of how we work with clients and how we support our teams.

About the Role

We are looking for an Estimator who can contribute to our continued growth and help us deliver high‑quality projects. Responsibilities include:

Taking off quantities from drawings
Preparing accurate cost estimates from first principles
Working collaboratively with pre‑construction and delivery teams
Helping develop competitive tenders across groundworks and RC frame packages

This is a full‑time, office‑based role, Monday to Friday.

About You

We welcome applications from candidates at all levels — from junior estimators looking to develop their career, to seasoned professionals seeking a new challenge.

You should be:

Confident reading and taking off from technical drawings
Able to price works from first principles
Detail‑driven, organised, and proactive
Interested in contributing to a growing, ambitious division
Experienced in groundworks or RC frame (advantageous but not essential)
