Full job description

Full-Time Swimming Teacher

We are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable, and motivated Full-Time Swimming Teacher to join our friendly team.

This is a full-time employed position based at one centre, with full training provided and opportunities to develop your skills.

Main Responsibilities

Teach swimming lessons to all ages and abilities, from babies and toddlers through to adults.
Deliver Parent & Child swimming classes.
Carry out lifeguarding duties as required.
Assist with reception duties, including customer enquiries, bookings, and administration.
Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment throughout the centre.
Support the general day-to-day running of the swimming centre.

What We're Looking For

A friendly, enthusiastic, and professional attitude.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Confidence working with children, adults, and families.
Reliable, organised, and able to work as part of a team.
Previous swimming teaching or lifeguarding experience is an advantage, but not essential as full training will be provided.
