Full job description

Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Helpdesk Coordinator to join our team. This role is vital in ensuring smooth communication and operational efficiency within our company. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities, and familiarity with various logistics management systems.

The successful candidate will play a key role in the day to day running of the helpdesk.

Duties

Manage and respond to internal and external enquiries via phone and email with professional phone etiquette
Coordinate management systems to facilitate engineer schedules
Booking in work
Ordering of materials
Monitor and update documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance
Organise schedules and coordinate with engineers
Maintain organised records within relevant management software
Provide support to other departments

Skills

Effective communication skills for liaising with internal teams, clients, and third-party providers
Competent data entry skills with high accuracy in typing and record keeping
Good organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong phone etiquette to handle enquiries professionally
Ability to work collaboratively within a team while maintaining attention to detail
