Full job description

As a FoH Team Leader, you’ll be at the heart of a dynamic, fast-paced environment, leading by example to ensure every guest enjoys an outstanding experience. Working in some of the UK’s most stunning and picturesque locations, you’ll play a key role in driving service standards, supporting your team, and bringing our hospitality to life.

We’re looking for a passionate, customer-focused Team Leader who thrives in a busy environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional service. You’ll be confident in leading shifts, motivating the team, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across the front of house. With a hands-on approach and a strong eye for detail, you’ll help create a positive team culture while consistently exceeding guest expectations.

What You'll Be Doing

Leading by example on shift, supporting the management team to deliver smooth, high-quality front-of-house operations
Delivering outstanding guest experiences through brilliant service, warm hospitality, and a strong attention to detail
Taking a lead role on the floor during service, supporting and guiding the team to maintain pace, standards, and energy
Serving food and drinks across the bar, restaurant, and outdoor areas while ensuring exceptional presentation and service standards
Supporting daily opening and closing procedures, ensuring the pub is fully prepared for service and left to standard at the end of trade
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and presentation across all front-of-house areas, including glassware and equipment
Supporting stock rotation, replenishment, and routine operational tasks to keep service running efficiently
