Senior National Account Manager
Are you a commercially driven account leader with a passion for winning in retail?
Join Bayer Consumer Health and take ownership of a strategically critical grocery account, where you’ll shape joint business plans, influence senior stakeholders, and directly drive growth across the portfolio. This is a high-visibility role where your decisions will impact both customer strategy and brand performance across the UK market.
You’ll lead the commercial agenda for a major retail customer, driving sustainable, profitable growth through strong partnerships and data-led decision making.

- Revenue & P&L Delivery

Who you are?
You are a commercially astute account leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
You’ll bring:
- Strong experience in UK grocery / retail account management
- Proven track record of delivering sales and profit growth
- Advanced negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Deep understanding of category, brand, and commercial levers
- Strong analytical capability with the ability to turn data into action
- Confidence influencing and communicating with senior leadership
- Experience working cross-functionally in complex organisations

Compensation and Benefits
We believe in transparent and competitive compensation.
Salary you can expect: Min £65,000 – max £75,000 pa depending on experience. Salary reviews take place annually in April.
