Full job description

We are looking for a fully experienced site manager, fully conversant in all aspects of construction to complete a partially built site which we have just purchased. The applicant must be very much a hands-on team leader with a trade background.

Also alternate weekends necessary as job share with another site agent

- Manage and supervise a team of workers to ensure efficient and timely completion of project
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members based on their skills and abilities
- Monitor the progress of projects and provide guidance and support as needed
- Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with safety regulations and company policies
- Coordinate with other departments or contractors to ensure smooth workflow and project coordination
- Conduct regular inspections to identify any issues or areas for improvement
- Provide training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills

```Experience```
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role
- knowledge of construction and related industries
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure
- Proficient in using relevant software and tools for project management

A hands on approach and can do attitude at least 14 months on this contract

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £250.00-£300.00 per day

Construction: 10 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

Driving Licence (preferred)
