Inside Sales Executive

Reading – Office Based (5 days per week)

We’re looking for an ambitious and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our Business Solutions team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a target-driven environment and enjoys building customer relationships while driving sales growth.

What you’ll be doing

This is a desk-based sales role where you’ll be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from initial contact through to closing deals. You’ll work with both existing customers and new prospects across a variety of sectors.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing the full sales process from prospecting through to close
Generating new business within existing accounts and winning new logo customers
Proactively selling ICT, Content Services and MPS products and solutions
Building strong relationships with customers to maximise long-term value
Identifying decision-makers and developing opportunities within target accounts
Managing and maintaining accurate records in CRM systems (Salesforce)
Following up on marketing campaigns and generating pipeline opportunities
Delivering high levels of customer satisfaction through responsive and professional service
Collaborating with internal teams including technical services and operations to ensure smooth delivery
Managing business renewals and ensuring opportunities are progressed effectively
Supporting service desk tickets where required

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone who is commercially focused, motivated to succeed, and confident engaging with customers.

You’ll bring:

Previous experience in a sales role, ideally within a similar environment
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
A results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets
Experience managing pipelines and working to KPIs
Confidence using CRM systems such as Salesforce
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals
Good time management and organisational skills
Confidence presenting solutions and tailoring conversations to customer needs
A proactive and resilient approach, with the ability to use initiative

You’ll also be a team player who is committed to continuous improvement and delivering a high-quality customer experience.
