Are you energetic, motivated, and passionate about health and fitness? Do you enjoy meeting new people and helping them achieve their goals? If so, we'd love to hear from you.

We're looking for a Part-Time Membership Sales Consultant to join our friendly team at Anytime Fitness Headington, a Hammer Strength Accredited Centre.

About the Role

You'll be the first point of contact for prospective members, helping them discover how our club can support their fitness journey. Your responsibilities will include:

Welcoming and engaging with members and visitors.
Conducting club tours and membership consultations.
Achieving membership sales targets through exceptional customer service.
Following up on enquiries and building relationships with prospects.
Supporting club events, promotions, and member retention.
Assisting with the day-to-day running of the club.

A flexible approach to working hours, including evenings and weekends.
An energetic, enthusiastic, and positive attitude.
A passion for fitness, health, and helping others succeed.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confidence in sales or customer service (experience is an advantage but not essential).
A proactive, self-motivated team player with a strong work ethic.
