Senior Massage Therapist (Self-Employed) at Revitalise - Chiropractic & Wellness

Location: Twyford, Reading RG10 9RY

Our clinic combines chiropractic care, rehabilitation, massage therapy and wellness services to help our patients move better, recover faster and live healthier lives.

We're looking for an experienced, motivated and clinically confident Senior Massage Therapist to join our growing multidisciplinary team.

The Role

As a self-employed Senior Massage Therapist, you will:

Deliver advanced, high-quality therapeutic massage treatments
Conduct detailed consultations, assessments and personalised treatment planning
Manage your own clinical diary and client base
Work collaboratively within integrated MSK care plans alongside our clinical team, including Dr Sadiya
Provide expert aftercare advice, including posture, stress management and lifestyle recommendations
Maintain accurate clinical notes and professional records
Ensure treatment rooms are maintained to the highest professional standards

Core Treatment Skills

We are looking for a therapist experienced in:

✔ Swedish Massage

✔ Deep Tissue Massage

✔ Sports Massage

✔ Pregnancy Massage (Antenatal & Postnatal)

✔ C-Section Recovery Massage

✔ Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage

Desirable Additional Skills

⭐ Hot Stone Massage

⭐ Aromatherapy Massage

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

Level 4 Massage qualification (minimum)
Significant clinical experience across multiple massage modalities
Full professional insurance and compliance with UK practice requirements
Excellent hands-on treatment skills
Proven ability to build, manage and retain their own client base
An existing client base (highly desirable)
Outstanding communication and patient care skills
A professional, reliable and self-motivated approach
Confidence working within a multidisciplinary musculoskeletal healthcare environment
