Full job description

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Stonemason / Fabricator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for fabricating high-quality stone worktops from granite, quartz, porcelain, and other solid surface materials. This is a hands-on role that requires excellent attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

Fabricate granite, quartz, porcelain, and other stone worktops to a high standard.
Read and interpret technical drawings and cutting plans.
Operate CNC machinery, bridge saws, edge polishers, and hand tools safely and efficiently.
Polish, finish, and inspect products to ensure excellent quality.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workshop.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet production schedules and deadlines.
Follow all health and safety procedures.

Requirements

Previous experience in stone fabrication and masonry is preferred.
Experience working with granite, quartz, porcelain, and engineered stone.
Ability to use fabrication machinery and hand tools.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality workmanship.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work well within a team.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
