We do this by conducting in depth property inventory inspections, at the start and end of a tenancy.

WHAT YOUR TYPICAL DAY WILL LOOK LIKE:

8:30am: Collect keys from the agents for your 1st inspection
9:00am: First Inspection - Conduct the inventory inspection at your first property.
10:50am: Conduct a 10- minute check-in with new tenants
11:00am: Take a 30 minute break

12:00pm: Collect keys from the agents for your 2nd inspection
12:30pm: Second Inspection - Conduct the inventory inspection at your 2nd property.
2:20pm: Conduct a 10- minute check-in with new tenants
2:30pm: Take a 30 minute break

3:00pm: Collect keys from the agents for your 3rd inspection
4:00pm: Third Inspection - Conduct the inventory inspection at your 3rd property.
5:50pm: Conduct a 10- minute check-in with new tenants
6:00pm: Home time !

The Nitty Gritty:

This role requires you to travel to different parts of London each day, so you must like working outside of the office.
All clerks including this position must work every Saturday, however you will get one day off during the week and every Sunday off.
We cannot take holidays during the moth of July, August and September. However, you get 28 days holiday including all bank holidays.
We're looking for someone who can start on 14th July 2026
