Full job description

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and dependable Gardener to join our friendly team. You’ll support two experienced gardeners on a regular round of maintenance work, ensuring all gardens are kept to a high standard.

Immediate start for successful candidate, with an excellent opportunity to move up in the business and manage a gardening round independently if performance targets and standards are met.

Plant knowledge and previous experience welcomed and over 25's with a clean UK driver's license would be useful.

Carry out regular garden maintenance including mowing, pruning, weeding, and hedge cutting
Maintain high standards of presentation and professionalism at all times
Follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
Keep tools, equipment, and machinery clean and in good condition
Report any damage, faults, or safety issues promptly
Ensure punctuality and uphold the company’s reputation for reliability

Requirements

Must be able to travel to Bromley North by 7:30am daily (Local pick-up and drop-off may be possible within reason)
Previous gardening or landscaping experience preferred
Strong references from previous employers
Reliable, hardworking, and committed to maintaining high standards
Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather
