Job Overview

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages with precision and flair

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe area, including counters, tables, and equipment
Follow food safety protocols diligently to ensure all products meet hygiene standards
Manage cash register operations accurately, including basic math calculations for transactions
Support time management by prioritizing tasks during busy periods to ensure prompt service

Qualifications

Previous barista experience is required
Knowledge of food safety practices to uphold hygiene standards within the cafe environment
Experience in serving customers with professionalism and friendliness
Ability to perform food preparation tasks efficiently while maintaining quality standards
Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders during peak hours effectively
A positive attitude with excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
