The role:
We're looking for an experienced Print & Production Operative to join our Graphic Production team. This is a practical, hands-on position producing large, high-quality graphics for our clients. It's ideal for someone who enjoys a busy and varied workload, taking responsibility for accuracy, quality and has great attention to detail and a passion for delivering high end artwork.
This role involves occasional evening and weekend work including installation of our product on client sites.
What you will be doing:
As part of our Production Team, you'll support the delivery of high-quality graphics and installations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Operating and maintaining production machinery including large-format printers, laser cutters and plotters
- Cutting, finishing and preparing printed graphics to a consistently high standard
- Carrying out quality checks throughout the production process
- Handling and preparing large-format materials safely and efficiently
- Supporting the Installation Team with project preparation and fulfilment
- Assisting the Framing Department, including training on specialist materials and finishing tasks
- Contributing to quality control across Graphic Production, installation and fulfilment
- Packaging and dispatching completed products and materials
- Supporting production workflow and material management using systems such as Excel and Notion
- Maintaining clean, organised and safe production areas, including stock management and housekeeping
- Overseeing the management of the Print & Production area when our manager is out on installation.
What we're looking for:
We're looking for someone practical, reliable and eager to develop technical production skills within a fast-paced creative environment.
You'll ideally have:
- Experience within a similar printing environment including use of large-format printers and vinyl
- Knowledge of materials and product
- A hands-on approach and enjoyment of practical work
- Manual dexterity and excellent colour vision/sense
- Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work
- A positive attitude and willingness to throw yourself into the projects
- Confidence working with technical or industrial equipment (full training provided)
- A full, clean UK driving licence
- The ability to handle large materials and work on your feet throughout the day
- Flexibility to occasionally work evenings or weekends for installations at client sites across the UK.

This is a fully site-based role. Due to our rural location and occasional travel requirements, applicants must have their own transport.

Pay: £30,000.00-£33,000.00 per year
