Role Overview: Working within the Projects Team and reporting to the Project Director, the Project Coordinator will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of projects across multiple sectors. This is a key role within the business, requiring strong organisation, stakeholder management, and the ability to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.
The successful candidate will manage multiple concurrent projects, coordinating internal teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure successful outcomes. Projects may include system deployments, customer implementations, operational improvements, and compliance-driven initiatives.
Servicom is ISO 9001:2015 accredited and operates within a regulated environment. The Project Manager will be expected to follow established processes while also contributing to continual improvement initiatives across project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Working with the Projects team to assist with:
- Manage projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring scope, cost, quality, and timescales are met
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and documentation
- Coordinate internal resources and third-party suppliers
- Manage procurement activities, including raising purchase orders, obtaining quotations, and ensuring goods and services are sourced cost-effectively and on schedule
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with suppliers, negotiating terms and resolving issues to ensure reliable delivery
- Liaise with suppliers to track order progress, manage lead times, and ensure materials and equipment are available to meet project milestones
- Verify supplier deliverables against purchase orders and project requirements, and manage any discrepancies
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers and key stakeholders
- Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and issues, including supply chain and procurement risks
- Ensure compliance with health & safety, data protection, and regulatory requirements
- Track project progress and provide clear status updates to senior stakeholders
- Support the continual improvement of project management and procurement processes and standards
- Ensure projects are delivered in line with ISO 9001:2015 quality standards
Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience delivering projects in a structured environment
- Experience managing procurement and supplier relationships, including raising purchase orders and negotiating with vendors
- Strong organisational and planning skills with excellent attention to detail
- Confident communicator, able to manage stakeholders and suppliers at all levels
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, operational environment
- High level of ownership and accountability
- Commercial awareness with the ability to balance cost, quality, and delivery
- Competent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project, Outlook)
- Familiarity working with Project Management tools, ideally Asana
- 1+ years' experience in a Project Management role, ideally with exposure to procurement or supply chain coordination
Desirable Qualifications:
- PRINCE2 Practitioner, APM PMQ, or equivalent
- Experience working in regulated, technical, or operational environments
- Military backgrounds encouraged

Hours: 08:45-17:00 Mon-Thu, 08:45-16:00 Fri.
Holiday: 23 days plus statutory bank holidays.
Probation period: 3 months with an option to extend to 6 months, based on performance
Salary expectations: £35k-£40K commensurate with experience.
Location: Redditch, B98. Start date: Immediate, however willing to wait for required notice period
