Join Our Team as a Level 3 Qualified - Lunch Cover Nursery Practitioner!

Part-Time 12.5 hours per weel, Monday to Friday from 11:30am-2:00pm

Are you passionate about creating brighter futures for children? At Bromsgrove, we’re looking for a Level 3 Qualified Lunch Cover Nursery Practitioner to join our team. Bring your enthusiasm, creativity, and dedication, and let’s make a difference together!

To be considered for this role, you must hold a Level 3 Early Years qualification or Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Pay: £13.54 per Hour
Working Hours: Part-Time 12.5 hours per weel, Monday to Friday from 11:30am-2:00pm

About our Nursery

Our Bromsgrove Nursery is newly refurbished inside and out. The nursery is made up of four individual spacious rooms, carefully designed for the children to become independent learners, with plentiful age-appropriate resources, inviting them to control their own learning and development. The nursery is situated on Ednall Lane, a one-way street accessible from Old Station Road, just a short drive from the A38. Parking is available outside.

What Your Role Involves

As a valued member of our team, you’ll:

Create a warm, fun, and nurturing environment where children feel safe and thrive.
Plan and deliver engaging, play-based activities aligned with the EYFS framework.
Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
Monitor and celebrate children’s development milestones, keeping records to share with parents.
Support the day-to-day running of the nursery, maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety, and care.
Be a team player, offering guidance to apprentices and volunteers while learning from others
