Customer Service, Property & Executive Assistant (Part-Time)

£15.00 - £17.00 per hour | 25 hours per week

Monday-Friday | 10:00am-3:00pm

Stourbridge (Hybrid after training)

About the Role

We’re looking for a friendly, organised and proactive person to work directly with the owner of two growing businesses.

This is a varied role where no two days are the same. Around 40% of your time will be customer service, 40% supporting our growing property investment business, and 20% providing Executive Assistant support.

You do not need any property experience. We can teach you everything you need to know about property investment. What we’re really looking for is someone with excellent customer service skills, strong organisation and a proactive attitude.

What You’ll Be DoingCustomer Service (Approximately 40%)

Customer service is the most important part of this role.

You’ll be responsible for ensuring every customer receives a professional, friendly and efficient experience.

Responsibilities include:

Answering customer phone calls and emails.
Resolving customer enquiries and complaints.
Booking installation and remedial appointments.
Liaising with our installation teams.
Keeping customers updated.
Following issues through to completion.
Delivering outstanding customer service.

Property Investment (Approximately 40%)

You’ll support the owner in sourcing and researching residential property investments.

No previous property knowledge is required—full training will be provided.

You’ll help with:

Researching investment opportunities.
Speaking with estate agents.
Arranging property viewings.
Gathering comparable sales and rental information.
Preparing simple reports.
Keeping opportunities organised.
General property administration.

Executive Assistant (Approximately 20%)

You’ll also provide day-to-day support to the business owner.

This includes:

Diary management.
Organising meetings.
Managing reminders and follow-ups.
General administration.
Preparing documents.
Helping improve internal systems and processes.

Who We’re Looking For

The most important qualities for this role are excellent customer service, organisation and communication.

Previous experience in one or more of the following would be highly beneficial:

Customer Service
Personal Assistant (PA)
Executive Assistant (EA)
Office Administration
Office Management
Customer Support

Property experience is not required and can be taught.

We’re looking for someone who is:

Friendly and approachable.
Highly organised.
Professional on the phone and in writing.
Calm under pressure.
Able to manage multiple tasks.
Proactive and able to use their own initiative.
Keen to learn.
Reliable and trustworthy.

Location

To ensure the role works well day-to-day, you should live within approximately 20 minutes of Stourbridge and have a full UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle.

Some days you’ll spend most of your time helping customers, while others you’ll be researching property opportunities or helping organise the owner’s workload.

As the property side of the business develops, the workload will naturally change, so we’re looking for someone who enjoys variety and is proactive enough to find ways to add value when they’ve completed their main tasks.
