Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Client Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for nurturing client relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Duties
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and through prospecting efforts.
- Conduct detailed analysis of client needs to tailor solutions that meet their objectives.
- Utilise Salesforce to track client interactions, sales pipelines, and account activities efficiently.
- Lead negotiations and close sales deals, ensuring mutual benefit for clients and the organisation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and support to clients.
- Prepare regular reports on account status, sales performance, and market trends for senior management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets not essential as full training available.
- Proficiency in Dealerweb or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present confidently to diverse audiences.
- Organised, proactive, with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving abilities.
- A recognised qualification in business or sales-related fields is advantageous but not essential. Pay: £25,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
