Are you looking for a part time role, for weekday evenings (4.15pm-8.15pm) / Saturdays (12pm-8pm)?

Would you love a rewarding role, supporting a child with complex health needs in his family home?

We'd like you to join us as a Children's Support Worker to care for our young client in Redruth

What you'll be doing:

This role is to support a wonderful 11 year old boy with complex clinical health needs in his own home, where he lives with his family and dogs. Our clients needs include learning disabilities, PEG feed, challenging behaviour, non-verbal, epilepsy and he wears splints. We will provide full specialist training and shadow shifts.

This is a rewarding role where you can work with one child, enhancing his life every week. It is also a great opportunity to enhance your clinical skills.

Shifts:

Weekday evenings 4.15pm-8.15pm / Saturdays 12pm-8pm
Approx 2 shifts a week available, plus additional shifts to cover for other team members sickness/annual leave

In this role, you'll support one individual with complex needs, working regular weekly shifts to build a consistent, trusted care team. While hours are usually stable, the position is offered on a zero-hours contract.
