As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Senior HR Consultant or HR Consultant to play a key role in the next chapter of our journey.
About the Role
You’ll play a pivotal role in delivering high‑quality, commercially focussed HR support and solutions to a diverse portfolio of clients. Drawing on your expertise, you’ll provide pragmatic, outcome‑focused advice across strategic and operational HR, ensuring clients are supported and are a step closer to achieving their commercial objectives.
This is a genuinely varied role where your expertise and insights will make a difference. One day you may be navigating complex employee relations matters or guiding organisational change; the next, you’ll be shaping people strategies, developing robust HR frameworks, and partnering with senior leaders to strengthen workforce capability, culture, and long‑term performance.
You’ll also work closely with our Founder, collaborating on our continued evolution and the development of our proposition that genuinely sets us apart. You’ll gain direct exposure to high‑level consultancy practice, complex client challenges, and the commercial decision‑making that drives a growing and values‑led HR consultancy. This is a highly collaborative environment where you’ll be supported, stretched, and trusted to contribute to shaping our services, enhancing our client experience, and driving the future success of the consultancy.
The role is predominantly remote, with occasional travel across the Southeast and the City of London when in‑person support enhances outcomes and deepens client relationships.

What you'll bring
- A proven track record of building strong, trusted, and meaningful relationships with stakeholders and clients.
- Expertise across a broad range of HR and people matters including; Employee Relations, Employee Engagement, Reward, Recruitment, Performance and Organisational Development.
- Demonstrable experience gained either in‑house or within HR consultancy, with the capability to manage diverse stakeholders and in delivering strategic, commercially focused HR solutions and advice.
- Professional accreditation of at least Associate CIPD (or equivalent), reflecting your commitment to professional standards, is preferred.
- The confidence and discipline to work autonomously, tailoring your approach to deliver strong commercial and client outcomes.
- A curious, inquisitive mindset and a genuine commitment to continuous learning and growth.

Pay: From £30,000.00 per year
