Job description

This is a key role within Occupational Psychology Community (OPC) at the College, responsible for shaping the future of assessment delivery and ensuring continuity of service as we transition to scalable, digital first models.

As Assessment Delivery Engagement Manager, you will lead the development of future assessment workflows, aligning delivery with the Colleges strategic ambition for high quality, accessible online assessments across multiple products. You will work both within OPC and across Business Units and Professional Communities to design innovative, efficient and sustainable assessment processes.

The role requires strong collaboration, strategic thinking, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders while balancing operational delivery with long term transformation.

Person specification

Some of your responsibilities will include:

Lead engagement for OPC with College Business Units, Professional Communities and stakeholders (both internal and external) to ensure alignment with assessment strategy and delivery priorities
Develop and implement future assessment process models that are efficient, scalable and user focused, supporting OPC teams through process and digital change to ensure streamlined processes.
Act as a strategic subject matter expert for assessment technology, ensuring evidence-based approaches inform delivery models

To be successful in this role youll need:

Proven experience in managing and influencing stakeholders with the ability to build relationships
Strong understanding of IT service management, procurement and development processes.
Understanding of digital platforms and integration via APIs
Degree level 6 or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Management Information Systems or Computer Science is preferred or commensurate relevant work experience
Formal business analysis training and/or qualification or extensive practical experience
