We specialise in retail, experiential, and social media marketing, delivering campaigns from concept through to execution for clients including Tesco, Coca-Cola, and many more.

About the Assignment

We are seeking experienced Brand Ambassadors, Assistant Event Managers, and Event Managers to support a series of exciting live sports watch parties taking place across the UK this summer.

These assignments will take place at large fan-zone style events, where teams will help deliver engaging consumer experiences through interactive activities, competitions, crowd engagement, and event support.

ResponsibilitiesBrand Ambassadors

Engage attendees and encourage participation in event activities.
Create a positive and energetic atmosphere.
Support crowd management and guest engagement.
Assist with general event duties as required.

Assistant Event Managers

Support the Event Manager with the delivery of the activation.
Assist with team coordination, setup, and operational requirements.
Help ensure activities run smoothly throughout the event.

Event Managers

Lead the on-site delivery of the activation.
Manage teams, event operations, and client expectations.
Ensure a consistently high standard of execution throughout the assignment.

Requirements

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A confident, proactive, and professional approach.
Previous experience in promotional, experiential, events, hospitality, or customer-facing environments.
Ability to work effectively in busy event settings.
Availability for one or multiple event dates.

Rates

Competitive freelance day rates are available and will vary depending on role and experience.
