Head of Growth & Commercial Operations

(Fixed-Term Contract with Path to Permanent)

Location: London / Remote
Contract: 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract with a clear pathway to a permanent leadership position
Salary: £75,000 – £100,000 basic salary + performance bonus (OTE £100,000 – £125,000+) depending on experience and commercial impact
Reporting to: CEO

Technology Transformation Group (TTG) is entering a pivotal stage in its growth journey.

We have established ourselves as a trusted partner helping organisations solve complex operational problems through AI, digital transformation, custom software, Microsoft technologies and managed services. We now need an exceptional commercial leader to help transform that proven capability into a scalable, repeatable growth engine.

This is not a traditional marketing role.

We are looking for a commercially minded growth leader who can shape market positioning, improve segmentation, generate high-quality opportunities, strengthen conversion rates and help create sustainable recurring revenue. You'll work directly alongside the CEO and leadership team to influence the future direction of the business.

Define market positioning and go-to-market strategy

Strengthen CRM discipline, reporting and forecasting
Reduce dependency on founder-led growth
Help shape the future of TTG's Astra AI, software and transformation portfolio
