Job Title: 3D Visualiser (Remote)

Sector: Residential & Commercial Interior Design

Location: Fully Remote

Salary: £28,500 per annum

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and technically skilled 3D Visualiser to join our design team. You will be responsible for transforming conceptual interior designs into high-end, photorealistic renders that bring our residential and commercial projects to life.

As a fully remote member of the team, you will work closely with our Interior Designers to ensure every detail—from lighting and textures to spatial flow—is accurately and beautifully represented. This is a perfect role for a mid-weight visualiser who enjoys the variety of switching between sleek corporate offices and luxury private homes.

Key Responsibilities

Model & Render: Create high-quality 3D models and photorealistic still images (and occasionally walkthroughs) for commercial and residential interiors.
Collaborate: Work from 2D CAD drawings, mood boards, and hand sketches to develop accurate 3D representations.
Technical Precision: Ensure all visuals are architecturally accurate and align with the specified finishes, furniture, and lighting plans.
Post-Production: Use Photoshop to enhance renders, adding life and atmosphere to the final images.
Project Management: Manage your own workflow to meet project deadlines while maintaining a high standard of output.

Required Skills & Experience

Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating high-end interior visualisation (both commercial and residential projects are essential).
Software Proficiency: Expert knowledge of industry-standard software, typically:
3ds Max / SketchUp / Rhino
V-Ray / Corona Renderer / Enscape
Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop is a must)
AutoCAD (ability to read/import technical drawings)
Industry Knowledge: A solid understanding of interior design principles, including lighting, materials, and spatial layout.
Detail Oriented: An "eye" for realism—knowing how to balance light, shadow, and texture to create an emotive image.
Communication: Excellent communication skills to work effectively within a remote team environment.
