Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing engaging social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and foster positive public relations. Duties

Develop, curate, and schedule compelling content across various social media platforms to align with brand objectives.
Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and engagement opportunities, ensuring timely responses.
Analyse social media metrics to assess campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with marketing and PR teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels.
Manage online reputation by engaging with followers and addressing any public relations issues promptly.
Stay informed about emerging trends, tools, and best practices in social media management to continuously optimise strategies.
Assist in organising online campaigns, contests, and promotional events to increase audience interaction.

Experience

Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles is preferred.
Strong understanding of public relations principles and how they apply within digital platforms.
Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft engaging content tailored to different audiences.
Familiarity with social media analytics tools and scheduling software such as Hootsuite or Buffer is advantageous.
Creative mindset with an eye for visual aesthetics and storytelling through digital content.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines effectively.
