Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Director to lead our sales team and drive business growth. . This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape sales strategies, foster client relationships, and contribute significantly to the organisation's success. The Sales Director will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, developing key client accounts, and ensuring the achievement of revenue targets through innovative approaches and effective leadership.

Duties

Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with organisational objectives
Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to optimise performance and achieve targets
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
Oversee the utilisation of Salesforce CRM to track sales activities, forecast revenue, and manage pipelines
Conduct regular sales performance reviews and provide coaching to team members
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop targeted campaigns and promotional initiatives
Prepare detailed reports on sales metrics, forecasts, and strategic plans for senior management
