We are seeking a motivated and professional Appointment Setter to join our dynamic sales team. This role involves engaging with potential clients via telecommunication channels to schedule appointments and generate leads that support our business growth. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and experience in B2B sales or telemarketing. Fluency in English is essential, The position offers an excellent opportunity to develop sales expertise within a supportive environment, utilising CRM software such as Salesforce to manage client interactions effectively.

Duties

Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, introducing our services and establishing rapport.
Qualify leads by understanding client needs and determining their suitability for our offerings.
Schedule appointments for the sales team, ensuring all details are accurately recorded within CRM software.
Follow up with potential clients via email or phone to confirm appointments and nurture relationships.
Maintain detailed records of all interactions within CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for lead generation and appointment setting efficiency.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client queries professionally and promptly.
Keep abreast of product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions.

Qualifications

Proven experience in B2B sales or telemarketing is preferred.
Familiarity with CRM software, particularly Salesforce, is highly advantageous.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude, resilience, and a proactive approach to achieving targets.
Prior experience in appointment setting or lead generation roles will be considered an asset.

Pay: Up to £40,000.00 per year
