Social Media Content Creator — Remote, Flexible Hours

Company: Maximedia LLP — Digital Content & Talent Agency

Maximedia LLP is looking for social media content creators and new faces to join our talent roster, producing content across Instagram, TikTok, and livestream formats. A remote, contract-based role with flexible working hours.

This is an on-camera talent role — you will be the face of the content (appearing in photos, reels, and livestreams), not behind the camera filming or editing. If you're looking for a videography, editing, or behind-the-scenes production role, this isn't it.

The Role

Create content for social media: Instagram Reels, photo content, and livestream sessions
Approx. 4 hours of work per week — you choose your own schedule, as long as content is delivered by the end of each week
Content direction and creative guidance provided by the agency based on your strengths and comfort level
All production-related expenses covered by the agency

Compensation

$2,000 USD/month fixed contract for the first 3 months
After 3 months: option to move to a 30% commission structure on revenue generated from your content, with all expenses covered by the agency
Flexible arrangement — fixed pay or commission-based from day one, depending on what suits you

What We're Looking For

Confident and comfortable speaking on camera, with a strong personality and natural communication style
Reliable and able to meet weekly delivery deadlines
No prior professional experience required — training and guidance provided
Must be a fluent English speaker (this role is open to candidates in the US, UK, and Australia)
