Full job description

We are looking to recruit a friendly, enthusiastic dental receptionist to join our very fast growing, four surgery practice in Leiston, Suffolk. We are looking to recruit a new team member who shares our values for patient care and contributing positively to a strong team ethos.

We are looking for someone who can work 4 days per week, Monday-Thursday 9am-5pm.

We Require

Experience working as a dental receptionist (essential)
Knowledge of Dentally booking system (preferred)
Strong communication skills
Friendly personality
Ability to work as part of a team
Personable, positive and enthusiastic with a great customer focus

Responsibilities

Greet and assist patients as they arrive, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
Manage appointment scheduling and maintain an organized calendar for the dental office.
Handle phone calls and inquiries, providing clear communication regarding services and procedures.
Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality in accordance with regulations.
Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth operations and efficient patient flow.
Process payments and manage billing inquiries accurately.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £14.00 per hour
