Full job description

We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join our Enterprise Applications team, supporting the development, integration and continuous improvement of business-critical systems across Terumo Aortic.

Please note: This role requires hands-on experience with MasterControl or another electronic Quality Management System (eQMS). This is a key requirement and will be central to success in the role.

This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a highly regulated, fast-paced medical device environment, working across multiple business and IT functions to deliver impactful solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Analyse business needs and propose effective system-based solutions
Conduct business process mapping and impact analysis for change requests
Support the integration, implementation and upgrading of business applications
Work closely with project teams, business process owners and SMEs to define best-fit solutions
Provide 2nd / 3rd line functional support for core business applications
Support system validation activities including testing and documentation within a regulated environment
Collaborate with internal IT teams and external vendors to deliver optimal system performance
Drive standardisation and continuous improvement of application processes in line with IT strategy
Promote adoption of integrated systems and support legacy system retirement

About You

Essential:

Proven experience with MasterControl or another eQMS platform
Experience implementing or supporting business applications in a fast-paced environment
Strong business process mapping, analysis and problem-solving capability
Experience working with integrated systems and cross-functional teams
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Desirable:

Experience within a regulated industry (e.g. medical devices, pharma)
Degree in IT, Engineering or related discipline (or equivalent experience)
