Hilton Garage is excited to offer an excellent opportunity for an experienced and customer-focused individual to join our growing team as an Aftercare Manager. This is an ideal role for someone with a strong automotive background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the main point of contact for customers regarding service, repair, and aftercare enquiries.
Maintain clear and professional communication between customers and the workshop team.
Ensure customers are kept informed throughout the repair and service process.
Manage the allocation and administration of courtesy vehicles.
Oversee invoicing and paid workshop repairs.
Lead, support, and develop a small team of Service Advisors.
Liaise closely with technicians to ensure the workshop operates efficiently and maintains our high standards of service.
Handle customer concerns professionally and work towards positive resolutions.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Previous experience within an automotive aftersales or service department (essential).
Excellent telephone and face-to-face communication skills.
A friendly, professional, and approachable manner.
Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
The confidence to manage customer expectations and resolve issues effectively.
Experience managing or supervising a team (preferred).
Mechanical knowledge or technical understanding of vehicles (preferred).
An understanding of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (advantageous, although training will be provided).
