Full job description

Cairn Delivery Service Ltd (CDS) is seeking an Admin and Customs Clearance Clerk to manage our shipments from the UK to Ireland.

The responsibilities of this role will include, but are not limited to, entering consignments into our system, manifesting jobs, and clearing customs for shipments prior to departure. You will work as part of a small team to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of daily job management for onward shipping to Ireland.

**Requirements for this position:**

- Experience in a logistics environment.

- A solid understanding of import and export regulations and processes set by HM Revenue and Customs. (Training on company systems will be provided.)

- Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office and other computer systems.

- A minimum of 12 months of relevant experience.

**Salary:** Dependent on experience

**Location:** NG17 7NY

**Closing Date:** 30th June 2026
