Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Sous Chef to join our vibrant culinary team! As a key leader in the kitchen, you will assist the Head Chef in overseeing daily food operations, ensuring exceptional quality and presentation. Responsibilities

Support the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations, including food preparation and cooking processes
Supervise and motivate kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and cleanliness
Oversee food production to ensure consistency, portion control, and timely delivery of dishes
Assist in training team members on food safety protocols, culinary techniques, and service standards
Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and ensure proper storage practices are followed
Maintain a positive team environment by providing leadership, guidance, and constructive feedback
Serve as a role model in delivering excellent hospitality experiences to guests through attentive service and quality food

Experience

Proven supervising experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment
Extensive background in food production, food preparation, and cooking techniques
Strong team management skills with the ability to lead and motivate diverse culinary teams
Solid kitchen experience with a thorough understanding of culinary operations and safety standards
Demonstrated leadership in a hospitality setting with excellent communication skills
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices for maintaining hygiene standards
Previous restaurant experience with a focus on serving guests and ensuring customer satisfaction

Pay: £25,420.00-£42,027.67 per year
