Senior Patient Sales Advisor / Future Team Leader
Dental by Design – Hammersmith, London (On-Site)

£35,000 - £40,000 Basic Salary + Commission

Dental by Design is a growing group of premium private dental clinics with ambitious expansion plans across London.

We are looking for an experienced, highly professional Patient Sales Advisor to join our team and become a key part of our future growth.

This is a telephone-based sales role focused on converting inbound enquiries into booked consultations. It is ideally suited to someone who enjoys speaking with people, understands how to build trust quickly, and is motivated by achieving results.

Initially, this is a hands-on role where your primary responsibility will be speaking with prospective patients, managing enquiries, and maximising conversion rates. As the business grows, there will be genuine opportunities to progress into a Team Leader position and play a key role in building and developing a patient sales team.

The Opportunity

Every enquiry represents a potential patient considering treatment that could significantly improve their confidence, health, or quality of life.

The role requires someone who can communicate naturally and professionally, build rapport quickly, understand patient concerns, and confidently guide conversations towards booking consultations.

This is not a hard-sell environment, but it is a results-focused role. Success requires consistency, resilience, excellent communication skills, and a genuine desire to help people make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Handling inbound enquiries from prospective patients
Building trust and rapport over the telephone
Understanding patient needs and motivations
Converting enquiries into booked consultations
Following up leads consistently and professionally
Managing a high volume of daily telephone conversations
Maintaining detailed and accurate CRM records
Working closely with clinical and operational teams
Achieving booking and conversion targets
Contributing to the future growth of the patient sales function

The Challenges

This role is rewarding, but it is not easy.

The successful candidate will spend much of their day on the telephone speaking with prospective patients. Not every enquiry will convert, and success requires resilience, consistency, and a positive attitude.

Patients are often comparing multiple clinics, considering significant financial commitments, or feeling nervous about treatment. Building trust and maintaining enthusiasm throughout the day is essential.

This role will suit someone who enjoys being measured on results and takes pride in delivering an outstanding patient experience while achieving strong conversion performance.

We are seeking someone with proven experience in telephone-based sales, appointment conversion, treatment coordination, or patient consultation environments.

Working Hours

Full-time permanent position
Monday to Saturday
Alternate Saturdays required
Day off in lieu during Saturday-working weeks
8-hour working day plus lunch break
Clinic-based role in Hammersmith

Salary & Benefits

£35,000 - £40,000 basic salary depending on experience
