About The Role

Trainee Financial Adviser Programme

Build a career in Wealth Management, not just another graduate role.

Amicus is hiring ambitious graduates to join our Adviser Academy Programme, a structured pathway designed to develop future Wealth Advisers. You’ll gain hands‑on commercial experience, complete industry qualifications, and learn how to build long‑term client relationships in a high‑performance advice environment.

This role is suited to people who enjoy targets, learning quickly, and being coached, while holding themselves to high professional standards.

£26,000 base salary, with the opportunity to earn a monthly bonus based on client meetings attended and revenue generated.

What you’ll learn to do

Prospect and build relationships, speak with prospective clients (outbound calls and other approved channels) to introduce our services and book meetings.
Develop client and commercial skills, learn how to qualify leads, handle objections, and build long‑term pipelines.
Support the advice process, observe and learn financial planning fundamentals, including fact finding and client documentation (under supervision).
Build technical knowledge, progress through FCA-recognised qualifications with structured study support.
Work in a high‑performance team, contribute to team goals, take feedback well, and improve continuously.
