Property Inspector – London

ACT Property, one of London’s most respected high-end inventory companies, is seeking experienced and knowledgeable Property Inspectors to join our growing team.

With over 14 years’ experience in this specialist sector, we have built one of the most exclusive client lists in the industry. We service high-end residential clients across London and the surrounding counties, delivering industry-leading inventory reports through our bespoke in-house software and an unwavering commitment to premium customer care.

We are now recruiting top-level professionals who share our vision of excellence, consistency, and outstanding client service.

The Role

As a Property Inspector at ACT Property, you will be responsible for producing detailed, accurate, and professional inventory reports while maintaining strong relationships with our clients and partner offices.

Each inspector is assigned a dedicated geographic district (Central London, West London, Middlesex, or Surrey), minimising travel time and maximising earning potential. You will be expected to build long-term relationships within your allocated area and represent ACT Property to the highest professional standard.

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

A minimum of 2 years’ experience as an Inventory Clerk or Property Manager
A career-driven mindset, seeking long-term growth within a respected company
Excellent organisation skills and a strong work ethic
Proven exceptional customer service skills
High levels of attention to detail and common sense
An excellent command of written and spoken English
A professional, polished, and presentable manner at all times
The ability to bring something unique, proactive, and dynamic to the ACT team
