Enterprise Sales Executive

Location: Derby
Company: LOBO Systems
Role: Full-time

Overview

LOBO Systems designs and manufactures a British-engineered modular access system used by some of the largest companies in the world.

We are looking for an ambitious Sales Executive who wants to build a genuine career in enterprise sales.

You will not be working from a script or making hundreds of meaningless calls. You will research target companies, engage senior decision-makers, understand complex customer challenges and develop opportunities through to order.

You will own your pipeline and be responsible for creating, progressing and closing business.

The role

The position combines warm enquiries with proactive new business development.

You will:

Research and prospect target companies;
Engage engineering, maintenance, operations and health and safety professionals;
Respond to inbound leads;
Deliver virtual presentations and product demonstrations;
Arrange site visits and technical discussions;
Develop relationships across large, multi-site organisations;
Produce quotations and proposals;
Manage opportunities accurately through the CRM;
Meet agreed pipeline and revenue targets.

You could be helping solve an immediate maintenance access challenge one day and developing a wider rollout opportunity with a global company the next.

What we are looking for

You must have:

A genuine desire to succeed in sales;
The confidence to engage senior decision-makers;
The resilience to create your own opportunities;
Strong written and verbal communication skills;
A curious and commercially minded approach;
The discipline to manage your pipeline and follow-up activity;
The ability to take ownership of your results;
A willingness to learn a technical product.

Experience in enterprise sales, engineering, manufacturing, logistics, automation or industrial environments would be an advantage.

An engineering or practical mindset would also be beneficial, but detailed technical knowledge is not essential.

Who this role will not suit

This role is unlikely to suit someone who:

Relies entirely on inbound leads;
Wants to work from a fixed sales script;
Focuses on call volume rather than quality;
Is uncomfortable speaking with senior or technical customers;
Needs constant supervision to maintain activity;
Avoids accountability for targets and pipeline performance.
