About the role
We have a programme of major works which we need to deliver to the council's housing stock to keep it in a sufficient standard. As part of the role you will be responsible for managing projects from inception through to completion.

The role is essential to help maintain council housing stock, maintain resident satisfaction and prevent properties falling into disrepair.

The role is challenging and you will manage all elements of construction projects, consulting residents, consultants and contractors. The majority of the work will be to council owned high-rise stock, and you will need to comply with relevant legislation that applies to them.

You will be self driven ensuring projects move forward, have excellent attention to detail and the ability to communicate/negotiate with stakeholders at different levels.

Additional information
Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is less than 37 hours or term-time only.
