What we are looking for:
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills, who can build effective working relationships with managers, colleagues, and external partners. You will demonstrate excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to manage and prioritise a varied workload while meeting deadlines and maintaining confidentiality at all times.
You will be confident using HR and recruitment systems, with strong IT skills and the ability to maintain and analyse data, produce reports, and ensure compliance with GDPR. With a proactive approach, you will look for opportunities to improve processes and enhance the candidate experience.

There will be a requirement for some travel for which a pool car will be provided.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
To be successful in this role, you will bring the following qualifications and experience:
Experience of working within an HR/recruitment environment
Experience of using recruitment or HR systems and maintaining accurate data
Experience of supporting recruitment processes and/or HR activities
A minimum of 5 GCSE’s (A-C or equivalent), including Maths and English
