We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Business Support & Triage Officer to join our Connect to Work programme - a key role ensuring the smooth, compliant and effective running of a high-impact employability service.

This is an opportunity to play a vital part in a programme that supports individuals facing complex barriers to employment by providing the structure, coordination, and accuracy that makes frontline delivery possible.

As the Business Support & Triage Officer, you will provide critical administrative and operational support across the programme.

You’ll act as the central coordination point for referrals, data, and communication—ensuring that participants, partners, and the delivery team are connected and supported.

Your work will directly contribute to programme success, compliance, and performance, allowing frontline staff to focus on delivering meaningful outcomes.

We are looking for individuals who can bring:

Strong organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail
Confidence in managing data, systems, and administrative processes
The ability to communicate clearly and effectively with a wide range of stakeholders
Confidence working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
A proactive, solution-focused approach with strong prioritisation skills

Important Information

37-hour contract with flexible working expectations
Travel across Newport required (access to transport essential)
