Full job description

John Fell Opticians are an Independent Optician, with 3 practices around Derbyshire. You will be working with an excellent team and play a key role in the development of the business while making sure the community is served to the highest standard.

Role:

Meeting and greeting patients
Dispensing frames and lenses
Provided contact lens advice
Taking measurements and necessary adjustments
Booking appointments and dealing with admin
Ensuring excellent levels of customer service at all times

Requirements:

Previous experience of working as an optical assistant helpful but full training provided
Enjoy dealing with the public
Good communication skills
Able to provide good customer service
Able to work with systems and processes
Ability to learn and develop
Full UK driving licence
