Job Summary

Remma Business Support Services Ltd is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Customer Service Manager to lead service operations, manage support teams, and ensure a consistently high-quality customer experience. This role is ideal for a service leader with strong communication, people management, and problem-solving skills who can improve customer satisfaction, streamline support processes, and support business growth.

What You'll Do

Manage daily customer service operations, support channels, and client communication activities.
Lead, coach, and supervise customer service representatives, support staff, and team leaders.
Monitor service quality, response times, customer satisfaction, complaints, and resolution performance.
Develop and improve customer service procedures, workflows, scripts, and service standards.
Handle escalated customer concerns, complex enquiries, and service delivery issues professionally.
Work with internal departments to resolve customer problems and improve overall service delivery.
Track KPIs, prepare performance reports, and recommend service improvement initiatives.
Support staff training, performance reviews, scheduling, and workload management.
Maintain accurate customer records, service documentation, and compliance with company policies.
Identify opportunities to improve customer experience, efficiency, retention, and client relationships.

Requirements

Experience in customer service management, client support, contact centre operations, business support, account support, or a related field is preferred.
Previous supervisory, team leader, or customer service management experience is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of customer experience, complaint handling, service quality, team management, and operational reporting.
Excellent leadership, communication, organisation, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple support channels, staff members, customer issues, deadlines, and service priorities.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office, CRM systems, helpdesk platforms, contact centre tools, reporting software, and customer management systems.
Strong attention to detail with a practical, professional, and customer-focused approach.
