Talent Acquisition & HR Coordinator

Looking to launch your HR career? This is your way in.

You'll take the lead on recruitment from day one - while working shoulder-to-shoulder with our Senior HR Adviser and HR Adviser, gaining the hands-on experience that builds a long-term career in HR. Whether it's owning the full hiring cycle, supporting the team with employee lifecycle admin, or contributing to L&D and HR projects, you'll get genuine breadth and real responsibility.

Recruitment - your domain Own the full recruitment cycle from apprenticeships to senior hires. Manage job postings across LinkedIn, job boards and the company website, coordinate interviews and candidate communications, and keep the ATS up to date. You'll track key metrics like retention and turnover and play an active role in continuously improving how we hire.

Onboarding & induction Coordinate induction schedules from offer to end of probation, making sure every new joiner feels set up for success from day one.

HR support - your stepping stone Work closely with the Senior HR Adviser and HR Adviser, providing hands-on admin support across the full employee lifecycle -starters, leavers, contract changes and everything in between. Help draft HR correspondence, maintain accurate records on the HRIS, and contribute to projects and process improvements that make a real difference.

Learning & development Support the identification of training needs, coordinate workshops and e-learning initiatives, and help track the effectiveness of development programmes across the business.

Data & reporting Produce HR dashboards and KPI reports that give senior leaders clear, useful insight into people data.

What we're looking for

Experience managing end-to-end recruitment across all levels
A solid understanding of UK employment law
CIPD Level 3 or equivalent experience (or working towards it)
Confident with LinkedIn, ATS and HRIS platforms
Strong organisational, communication and stakeholder skills
Discreet, detail-oriented and trustworthy with sensitive information
Genuinely passionate about people and excited by the world of HR

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £27,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
