Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated HR Specialist to join our dynamic human resources team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting various HR functions, including employee data management, recruitment processes, and administrative tasks. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your career within a professional environment, utilising a range of HRIS platforms and communication tools. The HR Specialist will play a vital role in ensuring smooth HR operations and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

Manage and update employee information within HRIS systems such as Workday, PeopleSoft, Taleo, and ATS platforms.
Assist in the recruitment process by data entry into applicant tracking systems and coordinating interview schedules.
Support onboarding programmes by preparing necessary documentation and conducting initial orientation sessions.
Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, leave, and other HR-related data.
Utilise Salesforce and social media management tools to promote employer branding and recruitment campaigns.
Collaborate with various departments to facilitate effective communication and resolve HR-related queries.
Assist with administrative tasks including preparing reports, maintaining filing systems, and managing correspondence.
Support HR projects related to employee engagement, training programmes, and organisational development initiatives.

Experience

Proven experience in human resources or administrative roles is preferred.
Familiarity with HRIS platforms such as Workday, PeopleSoft, Taleo, or similar systems is highly desirable.
Experience with data entry and managing applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively across teams and external partners.
Knowledge of social media management tools for employer branding activities.
Prior experience using Salesforce or other CRM platforms is advantageous.
Demonstrated organisational skills with attention to detail in handling sensitive information. This position offers an engaging environment for professionals eager to advance their expertise in human resources while contributing positively to organisational growth.

Pay: £3,000.00-£5,000.00 per month
