Your Role

We require a Teaching Assistant who enjoys working with children to join our caring school.

Duties include:

To be responsible for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of children and young people within the school
To provide general assistance to teaching staff throughout the school
On occasions to provide cover for whole classes/when and if requiredhave the ability to work calmly with any incidents which may arise assist including basic first aid

About You

The role requires experience working with children, particularly in a school setting.. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential to build effective relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues. An awareness of different learning needs, including special educational needs, and effective behaviour management are key. You should be enthusiastic, flexible, reliable, and committed to raising pupil achievement while safeguarding children and contributing positively to school life and teamwork.
