We are a rapidly expanding, luxury private multidisciplinary clinic offering a central London–level standard of patient care and clinical excellence, delivering advanced dentistry, facial aesthetics and specialist medical services within a calm, spa-like environment.

Our clinic brings together a highly experienced team including dentists providing implants and facial aesthetics, specialist orthodontics, an award-winning oculoplastic surgeon, a women’s health specialist and an incoming plastic surgeon. We also provide phlebotomy services and blood testing, all supported by cutting-edge digital dentistry and modern clinical technology.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Dental Receptionist / Front of House Coordinator, with the opportunity to progress into a Treatment Coordinator (TCO) role for the right candidate.

This is a varied and evolving role depending on experience and strengths, including:

Dental reception duties and front-of-house patient care
Managing incoming calls, enquiries, and appointment booking
Coordinating patient journeys across multiple specialist services
Handling payments and supporting financial discussions
Supporting treatment coordination and patient conversion where appropriate
Delivering an exceptional, luxury-level patient experience at every touchpoint

We will consider strong candidates from other high-end, premium customer service environments.

You will be:

Highly professional with a polished, luxury-service presentation
Warm, confident, and naturally reassuring with patients
Exceptionally organised and detail-focused
Comfortable in a busy, multi-specialist clinical environment
Proactive, adaptable, and eager to develop
Strong communicators who enjoy patient interaction
Flexible and comfortable working in a fast-evolving clinic

The role is not suitable for individuals who are rigid, clock-focused or uncomfortable with change or responsibility.

Progression & Development

This is a genuine career development opportunity, including progression into:

Treatment Coordinator (TCO)
Expanded clinical support roles
Potential training in phlebotomy or nursing pathways (for suitable candidates)
