Full job description

An opportunity to work within a well established business of over 45years, with continued growth and expansion we strive on supplying our award winning service which is achieved by our professionally trained team.

We are looking for an experienced mechanic to take on a position of a mobile fork lift truck technical engineer, who is competent with a good knowledge of engines, electrics as will be required to carry out routine servicing, maintenance and breakdown repairs on all types of fork trucks / plant and access equipment.

Competent in fault finding and thinking outside of the box

Ideally, we are looking for a good all-round engineer with experience with mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems but not necessarily from just the materials handling industry. Automotive, plant and agricultural machinery engineers will find a lot of similarities

Must have a good approach and friendly manner, as you will be dealing with a wide variety of customers on a daily basis.

Mitsubishi & Skyjack main dealer

Would suit somebody that has Forklift/Plant/HGV or Agricultural experience.

On the road mobile service technical engineer so company vehicle supplied for business use

Full work wear supplied

Product Training and product knowledge given

Overtime available offering an additional £10-15K per annum

Working hours 8am-5pm Mon-Fri
